Those are really neat, I remember half way around the world in Africa that certain tribes would wear similar plugs in their ears and also in their lips.

Wow, certainly not a commonly found artifact, the Adena here in Ohio made use of these as well, sometimes with copper.

He found one at Tilly's Hill digging right next to me right after me doing the arrowhead dance with a crystal Gunther . It was always a contest even though we acted like it wasn't lol .

Nice artifacts Dennis.......don't see those much around these parts at all. Rare find!!
