Early archaic? Illinois piece

This is from far NE Illinois. Heavily serrated, base is ground. What’s interesting is that it was made in a reduction flake, which is common on later cultures but the attributes here seem to imply Kirk cluster, which are very common in the area. Anyone familiar with the points in Illinois know how to type this one? It’s 1 3/4” long and 1/4” thick
