Found this marine Tie clasp in my front yard I’ve been working. Was trying to wonder if somebody could date it for me. It says SKW on the inside and looks to be bronze with some kind of a red paint. I see that they are enlisted and officer models, but I’m trying to find a year.i’ve found coins from 1883 to 1940’s in this yard also 1918 French $.10 piece wondering if this is dated back to war war one or World War II.

I think you've mis-typed. The maker mark is 'SWK' for 'Swank.' They were founded as the Attleboro Manufacturing Company in 1897 and were using the 'Swank' name by about 1927. They were then incorporated as 'Swank Products Inc.' and shortened the name to 'Swank Inc.' in 1941. The 'SWK' mark as initials dates to after the 1941 name change.
