The title pretty much says it all. I found all the pieces together at a 1700s homesite. They appear to be brass and were silver plated at one time. I believe they were all part of one large...something. :icon_scratch:Both sides of the pieces have design.

I suppose that could be it but it seems a bit large to be part of a handle.

Weird thing is that it's plated. If for furniture usually the brass luster is what's wanted.

Also weird that the large bottom piece isn't uniform. There is a star patterned hole in one side???????? Hey i found a little piece that day that had that pattern to it. Now I need to find it.

Yea I found that strange too! You rarely see plated furniture ware like that. Also, something to note is that it is equally ornate on both sides. The escutcheon plates etc usually only have design on one side.
