East Coast of FL (Vero Beach)

Going to the East Coast this weekend, probably stay in Vero but venture North from there.... how are the beaches looking??

The beaches around Vero are pretty much deeply sanded in. On top of that, many of the beaches have just been 'renourished'.

Not much to be found until a storm churns up the coast.

But if you go out on the beach, you will be found by the the 'no see-ums' - they are out in force.

The treasure coast beach blog is recommending heading down to miami to hunt if you want to find gold.
