from the original plot that was plowed & rowed again yestereday in the mist. Last night the hard rains fell, I got out early this morning & found these + many chips within 45 minutes.

The broken pottery was found in a different pasture. Not a very clear picture but I "googled" & found a near match. It has "WARRANTED" & the Royal Coat of Arms (a crowned lion on the left & Unicorn with lion's tail on the right). Wondering how it got way over there?

HH ;)

Nice finds...if you are finding broken pieces of pottery in one central area, then you need to start looking for an old homestead, foundation, cellar hole....chances are someone was living close by .

Looks like a very promising area so put some time in a little research. Neat chips. HH Burdie
