✅ SOLVED Egg with weels? Old toy?

I found this a few day ago and have no idea what it is. I was hunting my house( which dates back to the 1790s) and I found this. Dose any one know what this is or know a possible date?
I did find it near an old Broken crotal bell.

It's a bell toy ,,or part of one.

So creskol, is there anything in the whole wide world you don't know what it is. There's that one relic out there somewhere that will confuse even you.

Part of a larger pull-toy. Probably mid 1800's. A ball in the bell rang as it turned.

May or may not have had a horse, or multiple axles.

I think that it did, at one point, have a horse because it has two pieces of wire on wells axels. Those probable use to connect to the horse.
