... always great artifacts. Did you locate the mortars and than started looking closer? I looks like a lot of organic stuff to look through. How did you find this camp?

This is just across the meadow from the Tilly's Hill site found them both hunting for points over 40 years ago . There's Mortars scattered all over a wide area and a lot of homes now .

Basalt, quartz & crystal quartz IMO. Slate I'm not sure how to ID with certainty.
