Elite ground balance ?

Been checking out the youtube vids on the Elite.

As for ground balancing in Park and Field mode, what do you guys do? Leave at factory preset 0, manually balance or auto/tracking balance?

One Youtube content creator mentioned that a tracking balance setting will lose depth?

(i'm in Norcal, Gold Country, so i can imagine a ground balance might be the needed for best performance...
