EM-31 for void locating

Hi all. I?m new. Hoping to get some opinions about using an EM-31 for surveying land hoping to find a cavity 15-20 below the surface. Anyone have experience with the graphing software? Also, does software exist to layer data from multiple devices (i.e. EM-31, EM-61, sonar, etc.)? I?m surveying a farm and looking for a tunnel or opening that is likely 10-30 feet below the surface.

software available nowadays.

I see several businesses that will rent/lease the EM-31 system,
so maybe you can also get a day of training on the software before
you get to the field?
