empereur napoleon pin any ideas?

Want to know if any of you can help me find out anything about this. It says empereur napoleon on front with some kind of clasp in back?

It looks close to this one - what size is yours?

The little pin is 3/4 of an inch diameter and in excellent condition. It is stamped out of thin brass and shows a classically styled profile of Napoleon and is titled Napoleon Empereur.
