EPA/COE seeks to expand the CWA

this was just sent to me from Jim Foley: http://www.capwiz.com/cfbf/issues/alert/?alertid=50832556&type=CU the EPA and the COE are wanting to stop/prevent useage of the waters and now the land also! if this goes unchallenged, it will mean a stop to mining/prospecting/dredgeing in the USA! its now in your back yard and not a west coast thing anymore! the site has both email and letters for your comments, but remember, these are form letters and only count a 1. better to use them as a basis for your own words. we need your help now! please help!
