Error coin or bad eye's?

Anyone see what I see? Looks different to me slightly off center? Top edge in God we trust seems on the rim. I know you know, Treasure net. Doing some coin roll hunting right now. I am layed up with a rotator cuff surgery. Thanks for any help

That extra ridge around the upper part of the coin is called a ridge ring, it is the result of die deterioration. Basically, just a die that is wearing out.
