IMO heat damaged! I hunt exclusively old homesites and have found several burnt coins . Not an expert! But looks heat related damage to me.
Same thought as I have dug coppers and silvers that have had a lot of heat.
Then there's the melted blobs of :dontknow:, then the melted glass.

I don’t believe that was fire damage, almost looks like it had a mixture of incompatible metals. Damaged part LQQKS Aluminum To me.
