Trying to find a value for this coin. As you can tell it is a Kennedy Bicentennial Half Dollar,

Looks like a lamination error "whereby a fragment of metal has peeled off the coin's surface."--as per The Official Red Book (2012)--who also gives a retail value of $25 for a lamination error Kennedy clad.
