Have you ever had a bear of a time trying to contact someone at paypal or ebay?

Thanks for that information, it is greatly appreciated. Although I haven't had a need for this in the past, I may be using it very soon. I have been using paypal for several years as I buy from several sights with this method. Recently, I have made a few purchases on e-bay that are not to my satisfaction, one was already resolved directly with the vendor. I still have two open that need to be resolved. Funny thing, for years I have been buying, especially from e-bay with well over 100 purchases and this is the first time I had three problems in one month.
