doesn't look very evil to me. looks like a bracelet that is supposed to by styled similar to native American jewelry. kinda looks like a well made tourist type piece like those found perhaps in Santa Fe, New Mexico

From some of the research I have done on this bracelet it is definitely not from Santa Fe New Mexico I have dealt with for many years with the Native Americans do the fact I am part Native American it's about 80% positive It is inca but other than that I have no idea ,thanks guys have a wonderful day

Maybe I am not following you correctly...
I just want to be clear on this...
When you are saying "Inca"... you mean "as in"... "The Inca People" ?
The ancient civilization of people ?

You think this was made by them ?

It looks similar (to me) to pieces made in Nepal using lapis, coral, turquoise.

Btw.... this looks to me like the old "smugglers" bracelet...

Have you tried to "open" the compartment ?

Also... this appears to be a mixed metal piece.

Normally I agree with you :P

Not on the "Nepal" thing today though :)

Definitely "Mexican" / "native American" in decent. IMO

No older than say... 50 years max ... IMO of course.

As far as the "Inca" relation... IF the OP is suggesting that this is OR was made by the "Inca" people of yester years...

This would make this piece well over 300 years old beings the race of Inca's were gone completely wiped away by 1618.

If I had to throw a dart at the "dating wall"...
I would aim for the years of earliest of 1969-1979

I'm not with it being native American made and more of something made in India, Indochina or Nepal as mentioned. It looks like it's made of plated brass from what I see and style of it just does't look like anything of the America's to me. I don't see it as being too terribly old either.

Tibetan style, but much of that is made the other Asian areas mentioned.
