Cool find! Never have had much luck at Goodwill. I figured they send all the good stuff to their online store. They do offer some bagged costume jewelry for $5-$10 bucks, but I haven't seen anything worth gambling on yet.

You can also try the Habitat for Humanity Restore for good finds. About 3-4 months ago I bought a Gruen watch for $3 and sold it for $36 on EBay.

Not sure it's an evil eye. This thing hangs in my home. My oldest daughter brought it back from a trip she took to Morocco. She said they hang in windows all over there and are called God's eye and it blesses all who walk by it. Your bracelet looks to have the same blue glass eyes. It could have came from Morocco also?
