I went diggin and got lost...so I bought a GPS.

But that didn't do the trick, so I drew maps and put 'em in my vest pockets.



I went diggin and got sunburned...so I bought a hat.

But that didn't solve the problem, so I had to put on sunscreen too.



I went diggin and got poison ivy...so I bought gloves.

But that didn't do the trick, so I bought a tight-fitting shirt made out of polyester to cover my arms.



I went diggin and picked up ticks...so I bought spray.

But that didn't fix the problem, so I tucked my pants into my boots and bought a head net.



I went diggin and got ate up by chiggers...so I bought special shoes and a different kind of bug spray.

But that didn't do it, so I bought flea collars to wear around my ankles.





Then I happened to look in the mirror on my way out the door one day...


and I thought to myself "I look so STUPID!"

lol good point, Red James! Well, it ain't worth going unprepared, no matter how silly I look. Diggergirl had West Nile as a result of the skeeters down here, and I ain't takin chances. Glad she's ok.
