Excellerator Coils

I have the stock 950 Ecllipse and a 4x6 dd shooter on my MXT. Was perusing additional coils in the 5-6 in range and wondered if the Excellorator is any better or worse than stock coils.

i purchased the 5" excelerator coil for my garrett GTI and found out that with this coil on i don't get a depth reading on my display, from what i hear this is because its an aftermarket coil. i do get decent depth for a sniper sized coil but it would be nice to know the depth of my targets. not sure if you'll lose your depth reading with your machine or not.
