Fair price?

I found a 1970 Mint Set with a small date 1970 s cent. Owner is asking $55 which I think is fair. Agreed?

If it is a mint set, then they are for sale on ebay right now for less money.

It's worth about $75, with the small date. For a coin shop which has to pay overhead and maybe rent, that's a fair price, but it's your choice.
