fair trade?

went to my local coin store (who i always get me crhing supplies from, they usually give me prertty good deals), and was wondering if this sounds like i got a pretty good deal, i paid a total of $17.24 ($16.05 w/o tax) with tax and here is what i got:
1-2011 red book (hard cover) (normally $16.95, but took 10% off for me=$15.25)
2-of the standard cardboard whitman coin folders (franklin & walker half editions) (25 cents each)
3-clear plastic tubes for half dollars (10 cents each)
and a bag of a little over 200 flat wrappers for dimes. (free, guy forgot 2 ring them up, then it was too late, so he let me have them for free)

Are you serious? Of course you did. The redbook and coins folders alone at Barnes and Noble or Borders, would be at least 23-25 bucks before tax.
