I took a little bike ride around home this morning around 6:45 am. It was pretty chilly, but due to see a high of 75 this Bronco Sunday. Guess I best get the dogs out before the game as they're looking at me in that way of "when we gonna go here" ? I guess next week we will be seeing the temps go back up to the 80's again.

Both of those are awesome pics Grant, but HOLY COW!!! That pond pic is worthy of framing!!

You almost "can't" go wrong with pics of mirror-still waters.

Hope you don't mind The first Picture Sure Looks Good As My new Back ground, We sure Miss the Colorado Fall Colors Chug and Red

They are both beautiful pics, but I am partial to those beautiful mountains. Better get those dogs out there and enjoy those temps! We all know they won't last.

More top of the line photos.

Cool, you kinda like upgraded on your technique there.

I was out just before sunrise, so it was really that first light effect over any technique in photography. Took a few other pictures, but these just had that special look to them. Smog can be pretty at times over a crystal clear sky.

Loved to go to the Garden of the Gods Park and drive thru after work during the Fall Just to see the Colors Sometimes I Would drive Home Get red in the truck So She could See It Also

I use to live in Manitou way up Ruxton Ave. past the Cog RR depot around 1984-5. I'd go through g.o.t.g. park a lot. It's a beautiful place

Beautiful pictures! We are going to get our first freeze tonight, but then warm up again. I covered up what's left of the garden, but don't have to worry too much about the potatoes or carrots yet.

Hewlett Packard has a fantastic Frisbee Golf coarse. Its a beautiful time of year with the scrub oak. I want to get down to that coarse with the detector. It sure would be fun to obtain permission to detect at GOG, maybe if you offered to donate your finds:)
They are charging 5 per hour to park at the incline now.
Fantastic pictures!!

Yeah, I know where that's at. I did a lot business selling rockdrill bits and rods to Castle concrete which it that big quarry you see from I25. I'd go up Garden of the Gods road to get to it. Most the operating quarries in the area now have moved up towards Canon City. That one on the front range has cut back and only uses a contract driller every now and then these days I'm told. I worked hanging garage doors in COS during the mid 1980s for the Overhead Door Co.

One of the pictures I took in my post of the trees I photo'd on my way back from Las Vegas was in some scrub oak country just on the Utah-Colo border east of LaSal, UT. That kind of terrain is very beautiful in the fall.
