one question. is it worth it for me to go buy a silver quarter 1960... for 5$? just a local shop selling one. i thought it was okay because he's sellin the silver roosie dimes for 3 a peice.

and another thing! 2 boxes of cents to go through tonight after EMT class AND!...

checked a coinstar today. handful of change in the reject tray...

one being a 1947 p roosevelt dime! made my day!

good luck on the cent boxes. I've still got half a box of cents from the weekend to finish tonight myself.

And why pay $3 a piece for Roosie's when you can get them for free in the coin machine reject trays (or search and get em @ face)

I've still never found anything in one of those coinstar machines myself. I always try to remember to check when I'm at the store but so far no luck.

Btw, I had some great unexpected CRHing finds myself today to finish off the month. It sure made my day! I'll try and post it with my monthly totals later tonight.

I stopped by my non-regular supermarket today where there's a coinstar, but there was nothing in the reject tray.

Doesn't surprise me either as it turns out it's not covered with a "flap" and there's a big light inside the reject tray illuminating that space. If there's coins left in there, I guess they won't last long as someone is bound to see it from oh, 30 feet away

i think in total today i went to about 4 coinstars but one having silver made it worth it.
