FHP Incident Report: On 11/5/24, I responded to the area of Apalachee Pkwy and Richview Dr for a report of a stolen vehicle fleeing southbound on Richview Rd. While traveling westbound on Apalachee Pkwy, I observed the stolen vehicle, a blue Mitsubishi bearing Florida registration LMIJ13, make a right turn off Richview Rd onto Apalachee Pkwy at a high rate of speed.
