I believe darkkitten2000 built this detector, wired it and all. The plans are available but not public, not allot of info out there on it. From what I gather it's pretty powerfull and I believe it's a PI. I have seen some of the wiring schematics and I don't believe it's something I would tackle.

yeah, i built all my detectors. See my web page, schematics and instructions available by e-mail (too large files to publish them in here), for those interested. DBP is a PI and the best (depth wise) i have ever built or seen (and i have seen many).

Ohh, it's not a begginer's project, i admit, but it's not difficult if you know soldering. And with some help of your friends.... anyone could do it.
