Not sure what it is? Fibula or old nose picker? Found in a field in Bavaria near a medieval town. Age estimate would be awesome too. Thanks for the help.
 

Looks medieval to me. I'm thinking maybe an ear pick. You get a nice new precision-made stainless steel one today. Do you know what type of metal this one you have is made from?

Appears to be copper or bronze. I looked at some old ear spoons, but they all had closed ends.

I know, I couldn't find anything like what you have other than the more modern ear picks either. What ever it is, it does look old. Maybe is a tick extractor, as those look very similar, but I think those are a modern design also?

This looks like a ear wax scoop, some were angled and hollow. Possibly Roman or could be Medieval
