water was a balmy 38 degrees
got first ring for the year but its titanium and a few coins and sinkers of course
was windy about 20-30 mph gusts which did not make it fun
I will post a pic of the ring eventually - its just a plain band

I got in the water yesterday it was like 45 degrees. Wasn't to bad considering I didn't use gloves or muck boots.

Sorry I thought you were diving .Hence "down there"
I use hookah and snuba now and then - not as much as I would like

Hey CASPER.....My very first dive after SCUBA certification was thru ice.My buddy & I couldn't wait for spring after completing the 20 week course . Used 1/4" neoprene wet suit and might as well of been naked .Stay safe down there.:)

NO SH** !!! My buddies and I did exactly the same thing in the early 70s in the Toledo area. But, if I recall correctly, my wetsuit wasn't 1/4", it was 7 mm!

[Just joking.]
