Nice! I got my first buffalo last week. It put a big smile on my face..:icon_thumleft:

The newbies even found a buffalo before me. After around 15 boxes youd think....

By the end of the box, there will be wrappers everywhere. Reminds me of my C/H/R'n table

nice score. you are now hooked.

Nickels will never leave my arsenal! Rim check for silver takes nothing it's a steady eye that catches the dates.

I have a whole roll of 42p. I see the dates and get excited. And it was just a let down, until the excitement leave then there is no reason to continue the search. Until then bring on the coins...

you truly have to date check nickels. Can not rim check. Never ever works out. I myself enjoy looking at the coins and not burn right through them. Cents on the other hand...... just finished a marathon on them and man my eyes hurt. went through $58 CRW and $50 MRW and that a lot for me to do. I usually will do 2 boxes a week but IDK why I got over 100. I hate dumping that much. takes too long. my weekly box count is 2 cent boxes, 2 nickel boxes, 1 dime and 1 quarter. Dont due too much on halves anymore. But try to once a month order 2 boxes of them.

Yea I havent tried pennies just yet. Might get a box or two for the weekend. How well are your quarters doing? It takes me a good 2+hrs for a box of nickels.

Quarters are hit and miss. Ill usually get one every 2-3000 I search. But been mainly working on a couple coin books so this is why I've been doing them pretty often.

I can do a box of nickels in less than an hr. I usually save my penny boxes for the weekends. Dime boxes take me 20 minutes or less. All my coin is brinks but they changed there boxes and don't wrap in plastic anymore. All paper.

I havent figured out a good method for searching the nickels yet. Loomis handles all the coins where im at. I usually unrap them take a hand full lay them out. Throw the newer ones on my bag and search from there.

I use a razor blade and cut a slit down the length of the roll and roll it out so it's still like a roll on its side but open. Then search them as they lay one at a time. Kinda got a rhythm doing it that way.
