I purchased a Nel Tornado for both of my MD's. One for the XTerra and the ATP. I hunted a small strip by the City pool using both detectors since this was the only place not frozen and in the sun. The ATP was quite a bit noisier on the iron but the pinpointing was spot on. The VDI seemed the same and I dug out some dimes at 6 and 8 " oldest was 1966 dime and quarter (The soil was river sand ). The XTerra 705 worked great with it, very quite and I found the silver necklace and the silver plated charm using the ML. Also the Nel coils came with a paper in the box stating to ground balance with sensitivity at 50%.
