Today I finally found a few keepers with the etrac and am slowly but surely getting comfortable with it. I still don't like the large amount of "false" signals and I am digging a lot of trash.....but......also finding coin amongst the trash so I'll consider it a small success. The wheat made me a believer....it was under 3 nails and two pieces of foil, but rang true around 6-7inches deep. The buffalo was just over 8 inches deep and was under nails as well, but rang true. I'll beat this thing yet....but my digging arm sure might be tired by the time I do
1935 buffalo
1946 wheat
clad = one penny, one dime and one nickel.
All this came from the spot that I had "hunted out" with my old White's detector.
The rock had my heart beating cause on initial sighting, it appeared to be an arrowhead, but after further inspection, I believe it is just a rock
also, not sure what the gold thing is, anyone have any idea?
