Finally, Something Decent to Post! Military x3!

A pretty good hunt for late summer. All previously hunted sites but a decent target from each! George II copper at the first site, two Canada Militia buttons at the third site and find of the day at the middle site. Early pattern 29th Regiment of Foot pewter button, Rev War era! It's a new one for me so I am well pleased with that!

Apparently this button was used circa 1771-1773...a really rare bird!

Congratulations on a good hunt. I’m curious about the lead seal. The design is similar to one I found recently and mine has different wording, but the same 6 pointed star. Any info you have may help me know where to look for info on mine. Stay safe and keep swingin.

Thanks...its a German Potash bag seal from the early 1900s. Kali Syndikat, Stassfurt Leopolds Hall. Later ones are marked Berlin. These are quite common in my area. Heres the other side.
