“Find of the week” stories

I’m a member of a Facebook group where people post pics and info about their finds. The typical scrip usually goes like this:

I was able to hunt today for an hour after work. I found 25 clad coins plus 2 wheat pennies, a silver dime, four rings including 1 silver and 1 gold wedding band. I also found a .925 pendant and a gold earring. With a picture of the items.

Sometimes the person has 3 such stories/finds in a week. Now I’m not the worlds greatest detector but I’ve done it for 20 years and I’m pretty good. These stories, to me, seem ridicules. And the FB group is in far north Texas, not on a Florida beach. Anyone else see crazy claims like this? Or am I the only one who doesn’t have this kind of success every time they hunt?

32 good recoveries in a hour seems a tad far fetched.
Remember some just need that pat on the back, even if it means adding the BS.

I don't have FB either and because of that I hardly have any friends like everyone on FB does. Gosh poor me 😢
