finds in a ¢50 misc. coin tray

Wow that's a nice find.. Sure makes up for the other day when you had a rough day with the detector... Congrats and thanks for sharing..
 
Very cool coins, excuse me for being dense, what does it mean, "finds in a * 50 misc. tray" ? Just curious, no matter where you found these, they are very nice and I hope to find some like that some day too.

Most coin shops and some flea markets and antique malls have "junk" bins where everything is one price, in this case 50 cents. Searching in those bins can find some rare coins and sometimes even some silver for well under melt.

I also, am dense and didn't understand that part. Do you mean the little tray at the register where people leave their unwanted Indian head cents and liberty V nicks?
 
I'm wondering too if you meant a store or just in at home miscellaneous coin trays.If so I need to check mine out!
