Nice Finds At 1800 WV House

Found my first half cent here last week, and a percussion capper. Found these in the cornfield next to the home. The big copper's year is unreadable. Neat buttons to go with some IHs. The big one feels like lead with a brass wire thru the back of it. The musket balls measure to be .50 caliber. Thanks for looking, more to come!

Can you post a pic of the opposite side of the items?

And you may want to measure the Roundballs again…. To my eye you have 3 sizes….1 on the left, 3 in the middle, and one on the right

And you may want to measure the Roundballs again…. To my eye you have 3 sizes….1 on the left, 3 in the middle, and one on the right

It's entirely up to you but ... "Andre Pencils" might reveal the date on the Large Cent.

The three in the middle are .484"-.485" on average. The biggest one is .519", smallest is .415".
