welcome to the forum the reason he said it is an omar,.........It's an Omar, short for Omarullok. We see them often here, and I have several of them myself.

Welcome to TnetI think Gator hit on the head, just from what I have seen on a bow drill or fire starter cup they are smaller in Dia. and have a very high shine in the cup area.
