First Coin Star find!

Always check them as I go by, since joining this forum, 5 years ago......never a thing. Today as I got closer, I could see there was a coin...........my heart started racing, my mind was replaying all the silver and other cool coins others have found. I swooped in ,quickly grabbed it........almost on an excited run. It felt thick and heavy..what was it? I opened my hand and there it was..............two stinkin lincolns stuck together

Well, for all the amazing stuff I find, I do end up getting skunked a lot! Keep trying, I find a decent amount of stuff each week, given that I visit the Stop n Shop every day on my way home from school.

Now you have to wonder what is the glue that holds them together! Is it old soda? Cough syrup? Grape Jelly?....or something much, much worse? I've scored lots of gluelam coins. Not much coinstar silver though. But, like you I ALWAYS excitedly grab them and later worry what foreign substance binds them together.
