First CW buckle, please help identify

Just found this about 30 minutes ago. I found it at the same school site I've been hunting this week. Still shaking from my first buckle find. It was in a road tear out under 3 inches of gravel in hard red clay, directly under a root. Enough said, here's some pictures!!!

Here are all the relics I found at this site. It's over, they are packing the gravel and asphalt today. It was fun while it lasted :-)
