First digs of the year

Got out Monday morning for a bit and landed a few keepers. Got a merc, a Rosie, some wheats, and 3 rings one of which is silver. Also for a few relics including what turns out to be a British school medal from 1850. Sucker was down about a foot under a root and I spent about 10 minutes trying to get it out. The front reads "God giveth all things of industry" Felt amazing just to be out swinging again. Thanks for looking HH all hope its a banner year for all of ya, Griff

I'm not sure. A website calls it white metal. It looks like some sort of lead mix or alloy.

Yep good eye, it's a Susan B. I'll take that over digging 100 zincolns any day. She's going back into circulation today
