Had a great day of diving for the big Megalodon teeth off the coast of N.C. on Sunday. Weather was excellent and the visiablity at 100 feet on the bottom of the ocean was excellent! A couple of high dollar teeth were found by Meghead and Captain Al.
I got a write up and some pictures on my WW2 site. Your going to have to look for the blog link which is about halfway down the page on the left.

Bob

Some are, but if your lucky they are just laying on top with a coating of sand. You can cruize at 90 ft and then when you see the shape drop down and pick it up. However on Sunday, we got them by fanning in the coral and sand. Less teeth that way, but we were off the good spot a bit, and it's hard to figure out on the bottom where to go for the big payday/easy stuff.

Sometimes to cover the cost of the charter. But my new deal is to get someone to sponsor me i.e. pay the cost of the trip. Then, I spilt the haul with them 50/50 with me getting first choice. One average I get 3 teeth per dive. 3 dives per day equals usually 5 teeth for me and the sponsor.
