Yeah, this should get a banner. Seriously, how does this happen to a nickle? Usually if you smash them, they are uneven. At least, I would think so.
Unfortunately, it's too badly worn to see the date.

Could be a broadstrike too. Is it the same thickness as a normal nickel?
