Hung, you started this thread, and the evidence available in public at that time indicated it was fraudulent. It never got any better than that, you are still the guy who started this thread with a premise which was already discredited and you never made better on it.

Oddly enough, this was not connected with just any old LRL fraudster, it was connected with Chuckie. You picked the friend whom you already knew would escrew you. He imitated your style on his new website, and left you in the lurch having to explain to the rest of the world what your role in the thing was.

So, Mr. Hung, when Chuckie jerks the right string, do your flashbulb eyes pop, or not?

If someone accused me of being a Minelab shill, and had credible evidence for regarding it to be true, I'd be happy to refute it in an instant. So how about you? It looks like Chuckie's doing down. The post still holds true.
I stated that it was an evidence. And it was. After a lot of BS written by him and Carl here and in the other forum about H3 and H3 stating that there would be consequences, Mr. SWR leveled higher his hostile posts and name callings. This was an indication he got nervous and was worried. Now, if he did not take any court notice yet, which obviously we would never tell here if he did, it does not mean he will not in the future.
Some skeptics here have always gone too far in bashing LRL users and manufacturers. Some day there will be a consequence if someone took their BS seriously.
I don't know what H3 has been up to regarding the fact that Carl and SWR exposed the device's circuit publicly without authorization. Only H3 can tell. But clearly he and Carl slowed down on this subject.

Will you care to post more about this if SWR happens to get a court 'invitation' in the future? Hummm.... It's all over already? Hummm....

Well, Hung is happy to have Chuckie make him look bad. And that "we" business in Hung's response sounded like their mutual confession coming through Hung's mouth.

So, the mechanical part of the connection may be something like Judy's Howdy Doody. Jerk Chuckie's chain and Hung's flashbulb eyes pop. I could probably jerk Thomas's chain all day and Hung's eyeballs wouldn't pop, because Thomas ain't no Chuckie.

So Hung, more than ever you're the prime suspect in uglifying Chuckie's website. Which automatically makes you a suspect in a massive criminal Internet information theft scheme, your avatar could pass as a "truth in advertising" trademark for the Blackhole Exploit.

Besides, one of the best courses I ever had at the univ was political sciences and propaganda. I learned that you can prove anything that you wish by selective bits of 'true information'..

In their case they, and most medical practisioners are dedicated to collecting money and maintaining their career and prominence rather than the public's welfare..

I personally have min faith in all, this why I decided to attempt to cure myself of terminal neck cancer. I was successful since it now is over 7 years with absolutely no sign of any cancer, this in spite of the fact that it had infiltrated the Lymph system -metastasis. They removed 32..

After undergoing the usual pre tests, the Cardiologist then examined my left arm. After hmmming and hawwwing for a few, he declared triumphally, "that is ok, it is just the tendon??

One could see the pulse beating clearly, tendon sheesh. Besides in the upraised position, the tendon is clearly in a different location than the artery, at least an inch apart in the upraised position.

If I ever have a serious heart problem do you think that I will ever retun to him?

Except the "you can prove anything...." bit. Actually, you can infer anything that way. You can make things seem to be true, but you can't really prove stuff that way. I see it on the news all the time. the trouble is, some people don't require proof, they just believe nearly everything spoken with an authoritative voice.

They should call it "Political Sick-ology."

The evidence he provides is being more or less systematically collected, and friend of the court documents advising prosecutors how to prosecute without being bamboozled are also being prepared. For the first time in history, an LRL manufacturer faces the likely prospect of plenty of hard time if he doesn't somehow suddenly fall off the radar screen and take his con games elsewhere.

Chuckie's best defense is not his customary "provide more evidence" maneuver, it's to get the heck out of Dodge and go find some other group of potential victims who aren't wise to him. I have already suggested two avenues: Internet crime if he can resign himself to not having a fan club pandering to His Highness, and perpetual motion if he wants a fan club pretty much like the one he had for a while in LRL's but where the critics at first don't recognize that he ain't just another harmless wacko.

Or perhaps Chuckie could become a different person whom no one would think was the Chuckie they used to know. It's a long shot, but as a miracle it'd be worth a lot more than winning Carl's $25K.
