Most of the time I am excited to see a Buffalo drop out of a roll, but a "V" was very unexpected. Although not in great shape its the oldest yet. I also found a 1970 D low mint mark. I don't know how rare and would welcome any info.

Mint marks were added to the dies by hand in those days. It is well within mint specs. It's not a variety.
