Well i woke up this morning completely forgetting what day it was as well as what year. Turns out its 2021 now. I think ive lost a few months somewhere...
Anyway i went out to an old farm field turned nature preserve and spent some time gridding out the property. Ive been doing a little bit every once and a while. Its a very quiet field with almost no trash. Almost everything i find is old. Heres a couple pics from the last few hunts here.

Today i started off with what i think its a Kings Royal Rifle Corps Button. I cant find any examples of the exact back of it but i think it says “king covent gard” on the bottom of the back. Any help on dating this thing would be great

Next i got a general Royal Navy cuff button from the early 1900s...i think

Then a coin! Was a solid 76 on the MXT. 18?? Half Cent! This is my second one. First one being a 1795 a couple years ago.

And a dog tax tag from 1936.

Heres the wrap up with some toe taps and lead balls and a piece of a crotal bell.

Happy New Year!
