Went to a curb strip that had a lot of wheat pennies a couple years ago. My friends and I beat it to death with our Equinox's. I was running general program with 3 tones. Silencer at 1, and reactivity at 2.5. I found a shallow wheat penny in close proximity to a bottle cap. I figure the only way it was missed by the multiple people detecting there was the bottle cap. I doubled back up the curb strip and got the tiniest blip of sound with a VDI in the mid 80's. I checked it the opposite direction and nothing. I check back the other direction and still the faintest blip and VDI. I dig a plug, stick my pointer in, nothing. Check again with the XPD2 and still get a blip. Dig another 4" and check with the pinpointer. Sweet, I'm close. Dig a little more and pop out an on edge 1892 IHP. Lock was from Sunday

Really great . I've noticed the d2 numbers at depth stay pretty constant.
I'm going to a beat up site in a few days and hope I can get a fee things that were missed.
