would LOVE to find a platinum ring.. Those things just have to be more valuable, simply because the metal content is so much more pure.

Love the find! Congrats, that's AWESOME... Great save.

Congrats on the Platinum bling. Awesome rings.

No longer in Birmingham. Now outside of Las Vegas.

Beautiful rings, congrats.

Sweet rings, those diamonds looks to be good ones, hope you tell us its appraised value, should be good ! :occasion14:

CONGRADS, Beautiful Plat!

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! I bet that brought a huge smile when you saw it! Super find!:notworthy:

That's a beautiful ring! Congrats!

Nice platinum, and looks like a bunch of diamonds.

Iced out platinum?! Is there anything more desirable on a treasure hunter's wish list? Maybe, but very few things can top this :notworthy:

Thanks all I finally found a match for the solitaire platinum I found two years ago. :headbang:

Glad I was able to scratch the rolex off my bucket list two years ago also. Now I just need to find a gold coin and bucket list will be complete.

Nice finds, I won't be able to sleep now! Just bought my Excalibur II and started hunting with it yesterday.

Thank you and good luck. Both big platinums were found with the CTX. I found the Rolex and eternity platinum with the Excalibur.

Thanks well most times yes because platinum is heavier than gold. If you take a ring the same size and everything the platinum would surely outweigh the gold ring. Now with that being said platinum has gone down in value the last 6 to 8 months. For a while it was $100 more per the ounce than gold. Last I looked platinum was $100 lower per ounce than gold. The good thing about platinum the better the diamonds will be.

I sure will. Tried using a new digital caliper to check the size of the diamonds last night. I was pretty beat from the last three days hunting. I already have a few people intrested in this ring. Just might want to make it a set with one of the other two platinums. When I find out will let you all know.
