First post, and need help identifying a gold mark

Gold is gold no oxydation. HH, Hamid

It doesn't oxidize but it does get dirty, especially on the insides of rings to the point of discoloration until cleaned. The pic is hard to see good. I can make out the 14 with no K which is very unusual but not unheard of. I can't make out the makers stamp. What does the piece actually look like as a whole?
