First post - coin id!!

Hey stumbled upon this website researching coins I recently received from my gf's mom. My gf's grandfather was a taxi driver in Montreal in the 1940's and 50's and he would give all the non Canadian coins and bills he received to my gf's mom.

Identified most of the coins via google search, but having a very difficult time with this one.

Any help is appreciated.

Coins edges are severely worn down and whats left is about half the size of a penny.
