First Ring Of The Year! Need help with Mark ID

925 marked and also stamped with a makers mark but have no idea what it is. May be upside down. Any ideas?

from a guy that's found over 1000 rings - Id say its no more than 20 yrs old
if from the 50s - would usually have been marked sterling
Id be happy with it
