Two ring day

Found two rings at the site of an early 20th century homesite.
My first gold ring ever. Marked 750 on the inside as well as with the maker's mark.
Haven't been able to identify the maker and age.
Second ring has a diagonal anchor, the earth and an eagle above. I think that it's
from the marine corps. However, it's copper and seemingly old.

I would be grateful for any input and possible ages.

Allsop Brothers used a makers mark with a capital A and five pointed star but only one star. Can't find examples with two.
